Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant for LinkedIn Account Management

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Full-time; must be available during normal business hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and strategic Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to take charge of managing multiple LinkedIn accounts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building connections and nurturing conversations that lead to closing new customers. Familiarity with ClickUp and Go High-Level platforms will be considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple LinkedIn accounts for Kristyl Media and its clients, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
Strategically build connections with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners through LinkedIn.
Initiate and maintain engaging conversations on LinkedIn, aiming to convert connections into potential leads and customers.
Develop and implement LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategies to increase visibility and drive business growth.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align LinkedIn strategies with overall marketing goals.
Attend regular company Zoom meetings to report on progress, discuss strategies, and align with the team’s objectives.
Utilize ClickUp for project management and Go High-Level for CRM and marketing automation tasks, as needed.
Provide administrative support related to LinkedIn account management, including reporting on metrics and analyzing the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing LinkedIn accounts with a track record of building connections and driving conversations.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for B2B marketing and lead generation.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively in written conversations.
Experience with ClickUp and Go High-Level is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work PST business hours and attend company meetings via Zoom.
A proactive and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to social media management.
