* Handling Emails
* Checking Shipping status: Ensuring that Orders are delivered to customers without delays in shipping times
* Manage, Track & Resolve All Customer/Order Issues : Delayed Orders , Exchanges , Refunds, Replacement for wrong/missed/damaged …
* Handling Returns Cases : Status , Approvals & Issuing Refunds Correctly .
* Communicate with Our Team Members ( Fulfillment team / Store manager ) to provide top notch customer experience
* Escalating Urgent issues to Managers , that Need an immediate intervention
* Weekly Reporting : Report to store manager On general status of Orders, fulfillment , shipping , and Urgent Matters
* Ensure standard process and procedure are followed and updated

Technical Skills:

* Familiar with Gorgias app
