Job Purpose
The Front Desk Healthcare Virtual Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to ensure accuracy and timeliness in our insurance verification, denied claims follow-up, scheduling and charges as well as virtual checking-in and -out patients. The ideal candidate should be able to follow instructions, is detail oriented, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality work with speed, accuracy and care. The result of your work should enable the in-house team to focus 100% of their attention on servicing the clinic’s patients and providing a 5-star experience. Job Responsibilities:
• Enter patient schedules and charges into our EHR application
• Maintain accuracy of our EHR appointment calendar and patient charges
• Perform Virtual Check-In and Virtual Check-Out with patients that deliver 5-star services
• Perform reminder text and calls for patients scheduling and rescheduling
• Perform new patient folder presentation and the rate of response treatment financial presentation with a minimum of closing rate of 90%
• Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional when interacting with the patients and team members
• Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
• Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
• Ensuring patients have a VIP experience in our clinic
• The ability to learn and administer our products quickly and effectively resulting in being able to teach it to our patients
• Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
• Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
• Ensure the accuracy of insurance information, which is crucial for smooth healthcare operations and patient billing
• Address and resolving issues related to insurance claims that have been denied, which is vital for financial stability and patient satisfaction.
• Facilitating the process of patients checking in and out of their appointments virtually, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
• Implement our CARE system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5-star service.

• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• A quiet and private area suitable for work without distraction and background noise
