Position: Full-Time Graphic Designer
Location: Remote

We are searching for a Graphic Designer who excels in creating visually compelling graphics through exceptional design skills. The ideal candidate should possess contemporary design knowledge that effectively communicates visually, profoundly impacting the audience. Responsibilities will span a range of design projects, including but not limited to books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibition materials, and other promotional assets.

Responsibilities
• Understanding Client Needs: Talk to the client to know what they want. Make designs that fit their needs.
• Creating Designs: Use computer software to make visual items like logos, banners, flyers, brochures and adverts.
• Editing Designs: Change the designs if the client or your team asks for changes.
• Choosing Colours and Fonts: Pick the right colours and writing styles for each design.
• Custom visualizer: Must be highly skilled with your visualization & custom designing skills.
• Working with Others: Work well with other people in your team.
• Following Brand Guidelines: Ensure the designs fit the company’s style.
• Printing and Production: Help with getting the designs ready to print or put online.
• Keeping Skills Up to Date: Learn new things about design so you can do your job better.
• Keeping Work Safe: Save your work in a safe place so it does not get lost or stolen.

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Graphic Designer role.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, and other design tools like InDesign.
• Portfolio: Demonstrable graphic design excellence, including a robust video portfolio.
• Creativity: Innate versatility and a clear conceptual vision.
• Image Editing: Skilled in image manipulation and retouching.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with current design market trends.
• Receptiveness: Open to feedback and able to adapt designs accordingly.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Presentation Skills: Exceptional artistic presentation capabilities.
