Job Description

We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant who has knowledge and experience in insurance. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is working or has worked for a U.S.-based insurance agency, is familiar with the different types of personal lines insurance policies in the U.S., and can handle insurance-related tasks such as billing, calling mortgage companies, sending out documents, obtaining and quoting renewals. The role will also involve calling insureds, so preferably someone with customer service experience. Bonus if you are fluent in SPANISH.

Qualifications and Skillsets
– MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies
– MUST be familiar with EZlynx
– MUST have at least 6 months of experience working as a virtual assistant
– MUST have worked with a U.S.-based client/company
– MUST have insurance experience (US personal lines insurance such as home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
– MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
– Excellent in verbal and written communication
– Excellent navigation, multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
– Comfortable with talking over the phone and in meetings
– Has the ability to take directions, with strong initiative and attentive to details
– Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and undergo continuous learning

Requirements
– Own laptop or computer (having dual monitors is a must)
– Must provide Clearance Report (NBI or Police Clearance)
– Must have own headset and a web camera for meetings and phone calls
– Internet speed sufficient to support/access a hosted desktop

Salary and benefits
– paid weekly through Payoneer
– automatic pay increase after 6 months of employment

Work set up:
– 100% remote work
– the shift is during US business hours, with a 1-hour lunch break and fixed weekends off
