Job Description

We are looking for a full-time dedicated and reliable virtual assistant willing to undergo training and handle various admin tasks. The tasks involve data verification, data entry, maintaining data quality, and processing of reports. Training will be provided for these processes.

While most of the tasks involve repetitive data processing, some tasks also require data analysis. No calls are involved, but will need to attend a few meetings every week.

Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies.
• MUST have at least 6 months of virtual assistant experience working with a U.S.-based company/client.
• MUST have great software skills.
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and reliable internet.
• MUST have own web camera and headset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Can work from Monday to Friday at 8 am to 5 pm Central Time

Qualifications and Skill sets:
• Knowledge of personal or commercial lines insurance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to take directions, can learn, and adapt fast to new processes.
• Fine with doing manual and repetitive tasks with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in using Ezlynx is a plus but not required.
