We are looking for a virtual assistant who has knowledge and experience with insurance, specifically:
– Working or worked for a U.S.-based insurance agency/company
– Familiar with the different policy types of personal lines insurance in the U.S.
– Can handle personal lines insurance-related tasks such as updating the insured’s information, processing policy changes, email correspondence, and calling mortgage companies and insurance companies.
– Familiar with EZlynx, Hawksoft, and/or PL Rater
Qualifications and Skillsets
– MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies
– MUST be familiar with any insurance systems/tools
– MUST have at least 6 months of experience working as a virtual assistant
– MUST have worked with a U.S.-based client/company
– MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
– Excellent in verbal and written communication
– Excellent navigation, multitasking, time management, and organizational skill
– Comfortable with talking over the phone
– Has the ability to take directions, with strong initiative and attentive to details
– Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and undergo continuous learning
Requirements
– Own laptop or computer (dual monitors are recommended)
– Must provide Clearance Report (NBI or Police Clearance)
– Must have own headset and a web camera for meetings and phone calls
– Internet speed sufficient to support/access a hosted desktop
Payroll will be:
– paid weekly through Wise
– automatic pay increase after 6 months of employment
– possible annual increase (depending on your performance)
– prepaid health coverage included through Maria Health
Work set up:
– 100% work from home
– the shift is during US business hours, with a 1-hour lunch break and fixed weekends off
– automatic paid and off on US holidays
– with paid time off
– with 13th-month bonus and progressive increase in pay depending on the performance
