Full-Time Junior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior SEO Specialist to work full-time for our US-based digital agency with a full team in the Philippines. We do have an office in Cebu but the right person does not need to be based there.

Requirements:
– proven track record of getting top rankings.
– must be familiar with all aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, optimization, competitive analysis, keyword research, link building, and more)
– must be familiar with the top tools needed to get the job done
– must have more than 1 year of working in an SEO-related position.
– must have hands-on experience with technical on-page SEO
– must be willing to work remotely with regular discussion over Skype.
– you must be ready to prove your skill and knowledge during the interview
– must have a reliable internet connection and computer
– must be an excellent communicator
– must be willing to work with my existing team of SEO, programmers, designers, and admins.

I am initially looking for someone skilled and experienced in SEO, but that may not be my deciding factor. First and foremost, I want to work with someone that is easy to work with but also can work individually but also with a team. I will need to constantly communicate with the person and look only for results. I will not watch any time log. You getting results is the only thing I care about. Since I want to add to my existing services, I would like to also use your previous successes in SEO in landing new clients until we can create new case studies. I will expect a video Skype for our initial interview unless we previously discussed otherwise. Also, ongoing video Skype calls can also be expected.

I am a Filipino-American living in northern New Jersey right outside of New York City. Marunong akong tagalog but will communicate in whatever is comfortable.
