Full Time Local SEO Specialist

My name is Dave and I own and run a small SEO agency out of my home. My Business is called Small Biz Giant. I named it this because we help small businesses grow and reach their potential, and also because I am 6’8″ tall and 300 lbs. (I’m kind of a GIANT!)

Anyhow, my company is growing! I have more clients than I can handle on my own! I recently hired someone that is doing content and page design for when we need new pages added to a site and she is doing a wonderful job.

Now what I need is someone that is very good at local SEO. This person will be in charge of multiple SEO campaigns at one time and must be able to balance and make progress on each of them every month. You will have someone that you can assign to do new pages, blog content, etc. but you will be in charge of ensuring that the SEO campaign as a whole is a success and for reporting progress to me.

In addition to the salary, we also pay Philippines Mandatory Benefits, including Phil Health, SSS, and HDMF.

Some of the required duties will be:
– Website technical audits
– Technical SEO
– Ensuring mobile friendly pages
– Optimizing page load speeds
– On-page SEO
– Google Business Profile optimization
– Keyword research
– Identifying content opportunities
– Off-page SEO
– Backlink outreach
– Reporting

The candidate for this job MUST speak English VERY FLUENTLY. It is very important that this person can clearly communicate with me and my team.

Must have considerable experience with WordPress.

Must be able to demonstrate successful SEO campaigns that you have done in the past. I’ll want to see reports, heatmaps, etc.

Must be organized and show that you have systems in place that you follow in order to accomplish your goals for SEO campaigns.
