Full-Time Marketing Director – Facebook Advertising Expertise

Working hours and flexible hours:
We want 7-day availability and 200-250 working hours per month, with one part-time day every week (2-4 hours). Today will be your “off” day, and all you need to do before proceeding is double-check and turn off a few advertisements.
Why do we demand your total availability? While there will be a lot to set up, especially at first, we may progressively cut working hours as time passes and there is less to do, or when we hire someone to assist you (for example, a media buyer). But, we want to make clear that we are seeking for someone that is enthusiastic about their job and is prepared to work long hours to help the firm grow.
The Firm:
We are a completely remote firm with around 15 employees in Italy.
One-third of them live in Italy, while the other two-thirds live in the Philippines.
Our facility is in Italy, and it is fully controlled by a logistics centre. We use an inventory-based method since we don’t drop ship.
Our primary goal and competitive advantage is to become the world’s largest COD e-commerce business, which is why 95% of orders are now COD). We also seek to make every product transaction affordable by providing a varied product selection, outstanding customer service, and fast shipment.

Duties:
As a marketing director, you will be responsible for the following:
-Management of our Facebook advertising (high level knowledge is required)
-Overseeing our Google and Tiktok advertising campaigns (here we do not require previous experience)
-Directing the design of all our adverts across all advertising channels (not the creation, just the ideation as have enough people covering that part)
-Overseeing the design and execution of the whole funnel, including testing different landing pages to boost conversion rates, exploring creative techniques, testing advertorials, and so on, in order to deliver a higher return on our ad spend.
These are the main parts for which you will be accountable; if required, we may add a few more later.
Note: a more detailed explanation will be provided in the following stage of the hiring process, but to summarise, I, the founder, am looking for someone who can really help me grow this business and handle everything marketing-related, so that I can focus on operations, human resources, and other aspects that are my strong suits!
Compensation:
The salary will comprise a defined hourly rate as well as a profit-sharing component.
Although this will be covered in further detail in the subsequent phase, you may expect a monthly pay of between 4,000 and 10,000 USD (with acceptable KPI achievement).
(Please keep in mind that) the profit share, which is expected to increase enormously, and our earnings with a greater blended roas are the sole variables determining the huge compensation range. In essence, they agree with us totally.)
