Are you passionate about campervans, camping and outdoors? Do you have a knack for marketing and a creative mind? Join our rapidly growing company in the campervan/camping niche as a Marketing Manager and help us take our brand to new heights! As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Director/Brand Manager to execute various marketing initiatives and contribute to our continued success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

– Socials: Collaborate with a graphic designer and video editor to create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms including IG, FB, YT and TK. Help develop a social media strategy, schedule posts, and engage with our online community.
– Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups and forums to build relationships, promote our brand, and gather insights about our target audience.
– Freelancer Management: Coordinate with freelance professionals such as graphic designers, engineers, copywriters, web developers, SEO specialists, and more. Ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and deliverables align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
– Collaborations and Affiliates: Explore partnership opportunities with influencers, content creators, and affiliate marketers in the campervan/camping niche. Develop and maintain relationships with collaborators to amplify our brand reach and increase customer acquisition.
– Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative ad hoc duties such as email management, daily reports, and other tasks as assigned by the Director/Brand Manager.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– Minimum 5 years experience in online marketing
– Ecommerce experience
– Experience with photo editing for small touches
– Have experienced working in a company with more 10 employees (corporate experience)
– Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with online communities in a professional and friendly manner.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of SEO
– Proficiency in Google package
– Creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Additional Information:

– This is not a freelancer job, you will not be allowed to have other “clients”
– Timezone: This position operates on AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) starting at 9 am.
– Training: The selected candidate will undergo a 3-week training period, consisting of 20 hours per week. After successful completion of training, the position will transition to full-time (40 hours per week) from 9 am to 5 pm AEST.
– Drive and Self-Motivation: We are seeking a candidate who is driven, self-motivated, and able to learn independently. The ideal candidate will be proactive by nature and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to take on a wide range of tasks is crucial.
