We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Online Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Full-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company’s:
– Financial records
– Ensuring extreme accuracy
– Taking care of day-to-day transactions
– Providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making

Key Responsibilities:
– Meticulously checking and confirming deposits and payments from clients
– Cross checking invoices from Sales teams
– Issuing payments where required to Sales Teams
– Invoicing clients and handling all refunds
– Processing monthly recurring credit card payments for clients
– Maintain and update all financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
– Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
– Provide financial reports and data to senior management for strategic planning.
– Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and systems.

Time Zone:
6am – 2pm (PHT) – in order to cross over with our international team/employees ( work hours subject to discussion once overall training has been completed)

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– CPA certification preferred.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
– Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Airtable).
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial staff.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
