We are a leading-edge law firm located in Australia with international offices in New Zealand and the Middle East. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Legal Administrator to support our global operations manager and legal team. This remote role requires proficiency in LEAP software, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the Global Operations Manager and the Principal of the firm in daily operational tasks.
• Completing training modules in LEAP to ensure proficiency in utilizing the platform effectively.
• Updating all matters, precedents, flows, tasks, events, and timesheets in LEAP to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Contacting clients, scheduling meetings, and managing client communications.
• Managing email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Efficiently managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Help with social media management and basic marketing.
• Handling other administrative or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Legal Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in LEAP or similar legal software preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Technical Requirements:
• You will be required to provide your own computer that must meet the following requirements: Windows 10 and Office 365. Computer requirement is 8GB RAM or higher and processor should be CORE i3 and above as our minimum requirement or equivalent, and 1 TB HDD or SSD drive
• High-speed internet connection with backup system.
• Designated workspace with noise-canceling headset.

Place of Work:
• Remote work – Employee to supply their own PC/Phone/Internet and to install any required software on their phone or GPS location to enable sign-in and sign-out of work and to track all tasks, activities, and projects worked on.
