As we expand our fitness brand, Miofar, and venture into new territories, we are looking for an experienced individual who can handle a diverse set of tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Curate and schedule content for our social media platforms.
Engage with our audience, influencers, and content creators.
Implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
Shopify Product Management:

Add and update products on our Shopify store.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in order fulfillment.
Graphic Design:

Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing graphics.
Design marketing materials and social media visuals.
Content Creator and Influencer Coordination:

Communicate with content creators and influencers.
Organize collaborations and partnerships.
Organization and Assistance:

Assist in organizing tasks related to Miofar and our agency.
Make well-informed decisions and provide smart solutions.
Agency Support:

Act as a personal assistant for the agency you’re starting.
Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, especially in the e-commerce space.
Shopify expertise, including product management and order fulfillment.
Background in graphic design with proficiency in Canva.
Self-sufficiency and ability to make informed decisions.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Full-time commitment, working 8 hours per day, including Saturdays (4 hours alongside with the employer).
Availability to adapt to Portugal Timezone.
Intention to grow with the company.

Familiarity with common virtual communication tools.

Daily Schedule:

Specify daily start and end times, including breaks.
