Our client is a dynamic company offering a range of services including photography, videography, marketing, social media management, and web design. We are seeking a talented and versatile Personal Assistant to join our team remotely based in the Philippines, working on Australian Eastern Time Zone (9 AM – 5 PM).
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time – Long Term
Compensation: To be negotiated
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Proficiency in using the Xero platform for bookkeeping tasks.
Manage payroll, financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation (preferred but not essential).
Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
Experience in lead generation and conducting cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and set up meetings .
Social Media Marketing:
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance online presence.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed (preferred but not essential).
Business Development:
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients (preferred but not essential).
Running Ads on Facebook and Google:
Expertise in planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Analyze ad metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness (preferred but not essential).
Website Design and Development (preferred but not essential):
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Develop responsive and functional websites using the latest web technologies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Share oyur experiences.
Portfolio: Provide examples where applicable.
Accreditation: Relevant certifications or degrees in web design, development, or related fields are preferred.
