The Sales and Marketing Account Specialist will be responsible for producing and implementing outbound marketing activity for their assigned market segment/customer profile to generate leads, support e-commerce initiatives, support the dealer/reseller and relationship sales teams, and produce relevant content with the goal of building revenue for the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
– Manage reseller email inbox handling product questions and quote requests.
– Process incoming purchase orders.
– Proactively reach out to existing dealers/resellers to provide sales support and generate new business.
– Prospect potential new dealer opportunities via ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
– Grow into the role of subject-matter expert for the assigned market.
– Develop market-associated content for literature, email and social marketing, and sales support that aligns with overall marketing goals.
– Identify opportunities to promote our products within the desired market.
– Identify key organizations and associations and establish relationships with industry leaders; identify relevant trade show and event opportunities.
– Provide support for relevant trade shows and events as assigned.
– Train others in the organization as required.
– Other relevant marketing tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of relevant account management/marketing experience
– Proven experience working on a graveyard shift?
– Demonstrated writing ability
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Knowledge of assigned market/customer profile is helpful
Required Skills/Experience:
– Solid business writing and communication capability
– Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and projects
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet required deadlines
– Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with Hubspot and NetSuite is desirable

Rate: $7/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST (Monday – Friday, 9:00 pm – 6:00 am Philippine time)
What you need:
Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
– 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
– A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
– Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
– At least 5 mbps backup internet service
– An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours

– PhilHealth ID Number
– NBI Clearance
