Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our restaurant team as a Full-Time Professional Online Manager. As our Online Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across various platforms, ensuring that our restaurant’s online operations run smoothly, and enhancing our digital brand image.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s online presence, including website, social media accounts, online ordering platforms, and review sites.
– Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and attract new customers.
– Manage and maintain our restaurant’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
– Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries across all online platforms, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content for our online platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
– Regularly analyze online performance metrics and provide reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting actionable strategies.
– Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our restaurant remains competitive in the online space.
– Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as online ordering platforms and delivery services, to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
– Proven experience (3 years) working in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
– In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies, social media platforms, website management, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
– Proficient in using online management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent online information.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with online ordering platforms and delivery services is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
