We’re looking for a Full Time Project Manager.
Please do not apply if you do not have at least one year of remote experience in Project Management.
We need someone who has experience in the following:
1. Project Planning:
– Develop project plans outlining the scope, goals, schedule, budget, and resources required for roofing projects.
– Order all materials necessary to complete the project.
– Work closely with clients to understand project requirements.
2. Budget Management:
– Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and stay within the approved budget.
– Track expenses, review financial reports, and make adjustments as needed.
3. Team Coordination:
– Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure effective communication among team members.
4. Risk Management:
– Identify potential risks and challenges associated with roofing projects.
– Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
– During site visits make sure the employees or subs are using their safety equipment.
5. Quality Control:
– Ensure field staff are properly inspecting projects and uploading the data in the appropriate CRM
6. Timeline Management:
– Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that roofing projects are completed on time.
– Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on schedule.
7. Client Communication:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once the job is sold.
– Communicate regularly project status, updates, and any issues that may arise.
– Touch base with clients with a long lead time to let them know we have not forgotten about them.
– Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Permitting and Compliance:
– Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting roofing projects.
– Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
9. Safety Oversight:
– Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in roofing projects.
– Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in AccuLynx, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. (Anyone in the office should be able to take a call from a customer and know exactly what is going on with their project).
– Create change orders, ensure all necessary photos are uploaded to file, and notate file for proper invoicing.
Solving:
– Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during roofing projects.
– Implement solutions to keep the project on track and within scope.
12. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
– Writing SOPs
– Updating SOPs
Bonus: Worked in a Roofing Company / Home Services Companies.
Programs used:
– Project Management tools (Trello, , etc.)
– AccuLynx
– CRM tools experience
