We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic company. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing marketing projects, live events, virtual events, and product innovation projects that drive our organization’s success.
As the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.
To excel at this role, the ideal candidate is able to understand the big picture as well as the small details to drive execution.
They are a strategic thinker who can mitigate against risks, develop creative solutions to keep a project on track, and can work with team members at all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute marketing projects, including campaign launches, content creation, and promotional activities.
Lead the planning and coordination of live events, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Work closely with virtual event teams to ensure technology and logistics are in place for successful online events.
Coordinate with live event teams to manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, and on-site execution.
Project Documentation:
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Executive team.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aware of project goals and responsibilities.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
Budget Management:Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
A passion for the personal development field.
Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in marketing, live events, or virtual events.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience managing budgets and resources.
Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
Experience with virtual event platforms and live event coordination is a plus.
