We primarily work with enteprise SaaS companies.

Some of our clients include ClickUp, , and

I’m looking to hire 1-2 full-time advanced prompt engineers.

The starting salary is $7/hr ($1,120/mo).

We offer raises based on performance.

You can become eligible for a raise in as little as 30 days.

If you want to join our team, please read the following information carefully.

If your standards don’t match ours, you can’t meet our requirements, or you don’t follow instructions, please don’t apply.

You’ll just be wasting both of our time.

OUR COMPANY’S NON-NEGOTIABLE STANDARDS

Intense Execution — We work super hard, take action fast, and love the grind. Tomorrow is never promised, so we give 150% to everything we do today and leave everything on the field. No half assed efforts. No putting it off to tomorrow.

Everything Matters — We pay incredibly attention to detail. Every task regardless of how high or low impact it is, needs to be done to perfection. This is a non-negotiable standard. If you’re not exceptionally detail-oriented, you’re not a part of our team.

Self Education — We’re ravenous learners. We read the best books, go through the best courses, and pay the best consultants to teach us. Every member of our company is expected to learn at least one new thing per day.

Obsessive Care — We’re obsessed with the success of our clients. This means we go above and beyond their expectations every day. Our goal is to overwhelm them with value so they can’t help but brag to their friends about us.

Unbreakable Integrity — We always do the right thing. We’re honest. We take extreme ownership of our lives and work. We never put the blame on others. And above all else, we never take the easy route.

Profit First — We’re profit focused. We’re not a charity. We’re here to make obscene amounts of money. Every person on our team is responsible for increasing the profitability of our organization, and we compensate you accordingly. When you make us more money, we pay you more money.

THIS JOB’S REQUIREMENTS

Previous Experience — While we’ll train you on advanced prompt engineering, we expect you to have mastered the basics of prompt engineering. We’re not here to turn noobs into pros. We only want the best of the best on our team.

Working Hours — We’ll expect you to be online and working from 8:00AM to 5:00PM US Eastern Time. This is non-negotiable. If you’re not able to commit to this schedule, please don’t apply for this job.

Communication Standards — Fast and efficient communication is essential to the success of our business. As such, we expect all employees to respond to all messages in Slack within 2 minutes of receiving them during working hours unless otherwise specified.

Backup Plans — If your internet or power goes out, we expect you to have multiple backup internet connection options. This can be a 5G hotspot, a local coffee shop w/ internet, or your friends/family. Being offline during working hours is unacceptable.

Work Ethic — We work hard as hell, and we expect you to do the same. If you’ve finished your tasks for the day, ask for or find more tasks to work on that will move the needle for the business.

Exceptional English — You must have impeccable written and spoken English. You must be as fluent in English as a native speaker. This is non-negotiable.

Intelligence — You must be smart. If you can’t think on your feet, solve problems on your own, or use Google to find answers, we don’t want you on our team.
