About Your Role
As a Real Estate Preforeclosure Data Collection and Research Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team by gathering, analyzing, and presenting essential information on preforeclosure properties. You will work with a diverse team of experts in a collaborative and dynamic environment to provide acquisition personnel with actionable insights. Your meticulous research and data collection efforts will directly contribute to our clients’ success and our company’s growth.
Position Overview :
• Utilize various databases, public records, and online resources to identify and compile preforeclosure property data.
• Conduct thorough research to verify property ownership, outstanding mortgages, liens, and other pertinent details.
• Skip trace to find accurate owner contact information.
• Enter data into our database so our marketing team can reach out and contact the prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collected data, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate research, data collection, or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with real estate databases, online research tools, and public records.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Salary: $3 USD per hour
