We are a KELLER WILLIAMS real estate team. We are hiring for the position of a Marketing assistant. You will be working with our team members in EST so we prefer someone who has had previous experience working in this timezone. High paced business work flow requires us to look for someone who is RESPONSIBLE, can reply in a timely manner, is detail-oriented and loves to work with a passionate and hardworking team. We value someone with a great work ethic with experienced skills
These will be your day-to-day tasks:
Marketing
Knows how to use canva, KW command to create the flyer. Create listing “coming soon”, “just for sale” email campaigns•Marketing video editing and post online ( website, youtube, social medias )
the mail campaigns•Create the mailing postcards for our clients and mail out via Mailchimp bi-weekly.
Maintenance
•Once a week website updates and maintenance for updating the feature properties, marketing trends articles, event updates…
updates and campaigns•Keep facebook updated daily for any team listings on “sold, for sale, open house” status. •Create paid facebook campaigns for the necessary listings or needs.

•Follow the event schedules and make the flyers, online evites accordingly, as well as the registration form set up.

We need someone who is knowledgeable with the following tools:
Canva

video editing / background music add
WIX/Godaddy/Wordpress
Other backend tools and websites
