ABOUT US:
We’re not just any startup – we’re a cutting-edge data attribution tool, taking the e-commerce world by storm. Similar to Google Analytics, we track user behavior and employ attribution modeling to uncover who bought what, when, and where. Our web app presents users with captivating graphs, tables, and more, empowering them to make informed business decisions that drive success.
Our stack may be compact, but it packs a punch, compensating for complexity with an array of APIs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
We don’t look at your fancy degree, just show us your experience and how passionate you are with UX Design.
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX Design with a keen interest in web and applications design
Experience in visual design (UI design, working with/extending a Design System, etc)
Proficient in using design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe)
Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
Have a keen interest and willingness to learn
A strong portfolio of successful projects
Has knowledge of methodologies e.g. user-centered design
Have an interest in, and knowledge of, coding and design principles
An aptitude for using a logical, step-by-step approach to ensure designs are user-friendly and simple for end users
High level of concentration and resilience to stay focused on a project to the end and meet deadlines
An open, flexible, and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks in an area of emerging, new technologies
A willingness to keep up to date with software applications and new techniques in a rapidly changing profession.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to effectively communicate with the team (Support and Development Teams)
Ability to suggest ways to improve customer experience.
Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, & discrepancies through defined methods. (Attention to Detail)
Ability to identify and resolve simple to moderate with the ability to provide resolution alternatives by following defined policies and procedures. (Problem Solving)
