Job Description

Hi there! I’m hiring a Full-time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team work on administrative tasks, assist with our clients, and create overall systems for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Quickbooks
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Suite, Google Sheets, etc)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (acuity)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills: We use WhatsApp app Zoom and Loom
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to commit to the team
Needs excellent communication skills
Needs to be flexible

ABOUT YOU:

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Great written communicator
Fast implementer & self-starter
Dependable & trustworthy
Detail-oriented
Have a “get the job done” attitude, typically above and beyond.
Having a Quickbooks online experience would be nice, but it is not a requirement.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication technology

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
assist our accounting team
calendar management
email management
file management
Monitoring social media platforms
setting up new online platforms
Data entry
40 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for outstanding work
We give pay increases based on performance
