Hi there! I’m hiring a Full-time Bookkeeper to help me and the teamwork with bookkeeping tasks for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least five years of bookkeeping experience ( you will be tested
Must have Quickbooks Online experience at least three years ( you will be tested)
It’s a plus if you are QBO certified.
It’s a plus if you have experience with Keeper app, A2X, software
Must know how to enter transactions, reconcile, troubleshoot and create reports in Quickbooks
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Suite, Google Sheets, etc)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills: We use WhatsApp app Zoom and Loom
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to commit to the team
Needs excellent communication skills
Needs to be flexible
is comfortable communicating through loom

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Complete data entry and collect transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank and credit card accounts.
Use bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and other databases to post up-to-date financial transactions.
Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Maintain and monitor financial records for accuracy.
Reconcile accounts and report any discrepancies in financial reports.
Some Payroll
40 hours per week

Pay weekly
