Additional information:
Up to 2 week training/Onboarding Pay: $8/hour
Then regular salary: $4/hour + $20/booking commission (Uncapped)

Quota/requirements to remaining hired
– Achieve a monthly sales target of 10 bookings or $30,000 in revenue.
– Generate a minimum of 50 new leads per week.

Bonus: Additional $500 bonus for 20 bookings within a month (resets every month)

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the entertainment or event industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in relevant software/tools, e.g., video editing software is a plus.
Understanding of American wedding timelines.
Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Results-Oriented: Driven by meeting or exceeding sales targets..
Availability: Full-time position with flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend availability.
Zoom Interviews: A video interview via Zoom is a part of the selection process.
