Our client is looking for a motivated and creative Full-time Sales Consultant to join their growing team of Filipino Virtual Assistants which is now composed of 5 Customer Service Representatives (and other VAs from different departments!) In this inbound sales role, your primary role is to convert inquiries into happy customers while nurturing long-term relationships for sales drive.
The company has acquired a new business product and you’ll play a key role in its success. There are no strict quotas or metrics in this role, so you can focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
You’ll be working with a team that is collaborative and supportive and we’re looking for someone who shares the passion and drive!
What you’ll do:
– Handle efficiently and effectively the inbound calls and emails with product questions and sales inquiries.
– Nurture existing client relationships and convert inquiries into happy, long-term customers.
– Identify upselling opportunities and recommend suitable products or services to meet customer needs.
– Utilize email communication extensively to follow up on inquiries and close sales.
– Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
– Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer interactions.
– Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Who you are:
– Has prior experience in nurturing and closing inbound sales leads.
– You’re outgoing, a natural conversationalist, and you enjoy building rapport with others.
– You’re passionate about sales and have a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
– Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate complex information.
– Has a willingness to engage with customers inside and outside the US.
– You’re adept at prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure timely communication with clients.
– Creative problem solver, able to offer innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
– You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working alongside others.
– Has proven experience working on a graveyard shift.
Compensation:
Rate: 7 USD/hour
