AGREEMENT TERMS
Time 8 am – 5 pm CST Monday to Friday.
Because this is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, we prefer that you work only with us and not with multiple clients.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.

COMPENSATION
This position is salaried.
The pay range is $5-$7 USD per hour, around $840-$1,176 USD per month, depending on experience.
Opportunity for pay increases as skills increase.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to help and assist our Sales Team to become the best they can be. As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for generating business revenue by helping our sales team achieve their overall productivity and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Sales Call Calendar Management
Attend the Sales Team Huddles
Participate in the Monthly General Assembly (Town Hall)
Monitor and optimize the calendar availability for all sales representatives
Track calendar availability for sales representatives
Application Grading and Calendar Color Coding
Cancel unqualified applications/call bookings
Share calendar reports in the designated slack channel
Manage double bookings (if necessary)
Lead reassignments for all sales representatives (if necessary)
CRM Management
Point of contact for everything related to leads, bookings, and CRM
Monitor the end-of-day report submissions from closers and setters
Daily and weekly Sales Reporting (template is already provided)
Monitor and report the compliance of sales representatives with the different Sales Team SOPs
Send out different reminders for the Sales Team
Manage and update all of the Sales Team’s google sheets (Tracking, projections, etc.)
Document the workflows and record SOPs when needed
General Administrative Tasks

As a Sales Coordinator, you are expected to:
Generate business revenue by helping/assisting the sales representatives keep their calendar efficiency and call availability
Generate business revenue by keeping track of the important data that may help the team identify the areas of improvement
Generate business revenue by providing accurate and timely reports
Generate business revenue by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Team
Generate business revenue by taking care of administrative obstacles so Sales Team can focus and spend more time selling for the business
