Job Description:

JRM Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to join our remote team. This pivotal role involves driving sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients, managing inbound calls, handling live chat interactions, and converting inquiries into hotel bookings.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate sales and achieve targets.
Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat and converting them into bookings.
Tailoring our unique hotel offerings to meet the needs of our clientele, which primarily consists of groups traveling for special events, business conferences, religious observances, and vacations.
Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our hotel’s offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Providing exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct sales role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional communication skills in American English, both written and verbal.
Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
