B2B Sales Development Representative
WE ARE HIRING! Specter Consult is a strategy consulting firm that specializes in helping B2B Consulting & Service businesses to have high value client acquisition systems so they can grow their business profitably. We’re looking for YOU to become our new B2B Sales Development Representative.
This is a long term, full-time position and requires you to work in Eastern Standard Time (New York time), as you’ll be performing outbound activities with American prospects.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for reaching out to potential clients for scheduled appointments.
Qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
Communicate and coordinate with Lead Generations, Appointment Setter to ensure maximum results.
Entering prospect information and opportunities into our CRM.
Develop relationships with potential customers and provide them with information about the company’s products and services.
Close sales by obtaining customer commitments.
Following up on communication with prospects.
Following up with all no shows/cancellations and rescheduling them.
Managing your sales appointment pipeline.
Strategizing and planning.
Admin, filling out sales trackers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Generate and submit sales reports to the Operations Director (Weekly).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2 years experience in B2B Sales Development for new business.
MUST be fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Must be an excellent communicator, speaking and writing. This is critical as you’ll be directly communicating with new potential clients.
Must have a strong internet connection.

In addition to the skills above, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Gmail and other email applications
Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc.
YOUR AVAILABILITY:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week), from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM in Eastern Standard Time (New York time)
You work from home.
WHAT WE OFFER:
A starting salary of $700-$1,000/month (USD) depending on experience.
2.5% commissions on converted appointments, uncapped
A 13th month

You’ll be working directly with the Operations Director. As our business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and manage your own team of sales representatives.
