=== THE GREAT WORK YOU WILL BE DOING ===
A range of varied Salesforce tasks and improvements such as:
• Developing, deploying, testing and maintaining a payment system with Payment Gateways
• Developing, deploying and testing new data fields for client records, chargent orders and activities
• Developing, deploying and testing triggers and automations with emails and SMSes between client activities
• Managing the existing integrations we have with Salesforce Chatter, Marketing, miiForms, Mailchimp For Salesforce, Chargent, SMS Magic Interact, SMS On Workflow, Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries
• Developing customised solutions for different departments (e.g. Admin, Sales and Marketing)
• Develop a strong working understanding of the business
• Manage technical aspects of the solution including control, deployment, and releases
• Hands-on technical design, development, and configuration of Salesforce solution
• Produce specifications and design artifacts and/or evaluate against business needs
• Work across different departments (such as Admin, Sales and Marketing) to ensure the system we deliver are fit for purpose
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Identify risks and issues as necessary and ensure they are socialised
• The ability to grow into other new tasks as you become more experienced

=== SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ===
• Excellent written English skills (ONLY apply if you have excellent English skills. You will be thoroughly tested throughout the interview process because we are looking for the right match)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce experience in regards to the functional capabilities and the way the platform is configured and customised to meet business requirements while maintaining best practices.
• Working knowledge in Salesforce best practices (e.g. trigger, flow bulkification etc.)
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, coding best practices.
• Knowledge of information systems and digital systems concepts
• Enterprise Salesforce experience
• Knowledge in integrations with Mailchimp, WordPress, SMS Magic, Chargent for Invoices & Payments
• Strong organisation skills
• Self-motivated “can do” attitude is a must
• Ability to see through tasks from beginning to end
• Quick learner, loves to learn and grow
• High attention to detail and logical thinker
• An interest in personal development or business education is a bonus
