We are currently seeking two full-time bookkeepers to join our expanding accounting team in Perth. These roles will primarily involve managing the full set of accounts for one of our clients in Brisbane, who operates multiple entities.
In addition to competitive compensation, including performance bonuses annually, we offer 14 days of paid leave and approximately 10 days of paid public holidays. The working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm AEST time with a 30 lunch break everyday, Monday to Friday.

1. Job description
• Manage a full set of accounts for 4-5 entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Enter supplier bills and process Hubdoc receipts to Xero.
• Follow up with customers for payments and prepare weekly debtor report.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding payment inquiries.
• Review and send invoices from A2X and Cin7 to Xero.
• Process weekly payroll and creditor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, clearing accounts, inventory, and other balance sheet items.
• Maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions.
• Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses and revenues.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling inventory records.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Monthly intercompany billing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and lodge monthly BAS.
• Assist with finance-related tasks such as R&D applications, annual tax returns, and payroll tax lodgement.
2. Requirement
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience using Xero for bookkeeping
• Must be a Xero certified advisor
• CPA candidates preferred
• At least 3 years of experience working with Australian clients
• Hands-on experience with Australian payroll and BAS
• Must be familiar with e-commerce apps such as A2X, Shopify, Amazon and Cin7.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proactive, efficient, self-motivated, quick to learn
• Honest, professional and capable of working independently
• Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical skills
• Available to work 40 hours per week on GMT+10 time zone, Monday to Friday.
