Full-Time Senior Direct Response Copywriter

For the last 14 years, we have run world-class personal development and business courses (and for the last 3 years, we have switched entirely to running them on Zoom).

We’re looking for a direct response copywriter to join our team of 20 people (and marketing team of 6).

We need help promoting our fantastic free Zoom events, free recorded webinars and free strategy sessions using marketing methods such as:

???? Facebook ads

???? Landing pages and marketing funnels

???? Emails (Including emails to our list and nurture sequences)

???? Social media posts

????? Video scripts for YouTube ads or VSL’s

(If you are good at direct response but not had experience in certain channels, that’s ok. We have skills we can teach you)

===== SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED =====

?? Minimum 5 years copywriting experience (predominantly in direct response)

?? Copywriting style that would resonate with our ideal client (a lady in her 40’s or 50’s that wants to make a difference and a living coaching or training)

?? A good grasp of conversion copy and what it takes to convert a prospect into a paying client, especially with long form copy

?? Creativity to find new marketing angles, hooks, educational points or content that will attract more clients.

?? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (100% fluency in English only please)

?? Ability and desire to analyse marketing data such as CPA, Open rates, CTR, etc (We believe if you don’t measure your marketing, you don’t master it)

?? Desire to consistently learn & grow (it’s a must!)

?? Strategic thinking skills to improve marketing plans and funnels

?? An interest in personal development, mindset or coaching is favourable
