Full-Time Smart Virtual Assistant / Executor

Job Overview:
We at, Modern HY Tech, are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Smart Virtual Assistant / Executor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess a strong understanding of WordPress and Elementor, and have experience with Swipe Pages landing page editing. Knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate industry is a plus. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Utilize WordPress and Elementor to create, edit, and maintain websites.
Manage and optimize landing pages using Swipe Pages or similar platforms.
Content Management:
Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of website content, blog posts, and promotional materials.
eCommerce and Affiliate Support:
Work closely with our eCommerce and affiliate teams to execute marketing strategies.
Help track and analyze affiliate performance and conversions.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties, such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members in Slack, Lark or any communication platform.
Understanding of project management platforms like Click to view, Clickup, Asana etc.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.
Preferred experience with Swipe Pages or similar landing page editing platforms.
Understanding of the eCommerce and affiliate marketing industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time remote position.
