Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Pryzma, you will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across various platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure our social media efforts effectively drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet client objectives.
Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and industry best practices. (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, Pinterest)
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Creates monthly & quarterly content plans & scheduling
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in social media strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
Facilitates setting up of social media accounts for clients and managing the back end of each social media account.
Requirements:
Broad knowledge of all social media platforms and their features.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Express, for creating visually appealing social media content.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: Based on experience
After completing the first 90 days of service, team members are eligible for the following benefits: birthday leave, 8 Philippines holidays, and 13th-month pay.
Other details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm)
Location:
Remote – Work from Home, with a backup power source
