Key Requirements:

Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills.
Experienced with social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
Proficient in teamwork and relationship management with influencers.
Innovative and critical thinking skills for new content ideas.
Creativity in content creation with a strong grasp of viral content elements.
Strategically minded with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with using ChatGPT is beneficial.
Previous experience in social media management is preferred but not required.

Tasks Include:

Daily management of posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and blog platforms.
Creation of multiple daily story posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Generation of new content ideas and planning across all platforms.
Coordination with graphic design and video editing teams for content creation.
Maintenance of a 1-month advance schedule of content in our Social Media Content Planner.
Design and implementation of social media giveaways to grow followings.
Outreach and relationship maintenance with social media influencers.
Tracking of growth and development of new strategies for social media expansion.

Compensation:

The starting salary will be $4 per hour with the potential for increase based on performance and contribution to the company’s growth.
