We specialise in performance websites, landing pages & SEO / PPC campaigns. Primarily you’ll be developing a combination of WordPress websites, landing pages and templates and themes for a range of niches and industries with a primary focus on legal firms.

Your Skill Requirements:
– You must have 2-4 years minimum experience of coding / programming business websites on the WordPress Platform.
– You must have 2-4 years experience coding in the Zurb Foundation framework or a similar framework such as Bootstrap
– You must have experience working with Joints WP or custom WordPress starter themes
– You must have an understanding of Hosting Cpanel functionalities, FTP, MySQL, phpmy Admin, Domain management and etc.
– You must be exceptional at coding mobile responsive sites with a mobile first mindset.
– You must be familiar with Woocommerce and be able to customize Woocommerce templates
– You must know: PHP, Javascript, Jquery, ajax coding languages.
– You must be experienced converting Adobe Photoshop (PSD) into WordPress web ready HTML / CSS and following W3C standards of coding.
– You must be confident working within existing themes and coding and update new designs within them.
– You must have strong experience with Advanced Custom Fields and able to create custom field sets for Home pages, templates and panels with in Joints.
– You must have strong experience creating Custom Post Types (CPT) and integrating custom posts within WordPress Themes and Layouts.
– You must have exceptional attention to detail, you should have an eye for detail. (we will test you on this as part of hiring)
– You must be able to work within ClickUp on a daily basis and update the status of your working tasks (training provided).
– You must be able to use and understand Sass for fast and efficient updating of our starter WordPress themes.
– Experience with Elementor will be advantageous but not a requirement.
Position Requirements:
– You must be fully committed to a full-time position with us and MUST NOT be working full-time or part-time elsewhere!
– You will work from your own location.
– You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
– You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
– You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
– You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously.
– You must be set up for occasional Skype calls with our team
– You must be setup and available for discussions within Slack.
– You must have exceptional communication, work ethic and reliability – we will not follow you up on a daily basis, you’re expected to be in the office and ready to go.
– You must want to be a web developer and pursue a career in web development.
The salary for this position is PHP 75,000 p/month (PHP 18,750 paid weekly via Wise).
Depending on the quality of your work and experience we are open to negotiation on your final salary.
Full-Time position: Monday to Friday (8am – 4:30pm Filipino time with a 30-minute break.).

If you are successful you will start with a paid 4-week trial period to see how you integrate with our team after which we will provide you with a full-time ongoing role.
You will work closely alongside our senior web developer and will need to follow the strict standards and processes we have in place to maintain the quality of our work.
