My name is Richard, I’m the founder/CEO of Impact Clients, and we are looking for our next full time, in-house video editor, to help create Youtube documentary style “TV” series, and vlog content to help grow our channel to 1M+ subscribers.
**NOTE: Editing Youtube videos is your main responsibility.
On a typical day the editor will be working directly with our CEO Richard Yu to produce day in the life/documentary style content like this video here (especially note the first 30 sec of the video).

This role also comes with the opportunity to travel (again, not mandatory) as when I take trips, speaking engagements, and even vacations, you’ll get to come along as this is all necessary content to document for the Youtube channel, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
The ultimate goal is for you to work with our channel to document the day to day grind of being an online based entrepreneur, and grow the channel to 1 million subscribers.
We want to do something that’s never done before, which is build a documentary TV series on Youtube that captures the true grind as we are scaling our business from an 8-figure company to a 9-figure company over the coming few years. The one part that separates us from all other influencers, is that I (Richard) want to use my platform to NOT just grow a brand, but to build God’s kingdom by spreading the message of Jesus as well.
Millions of young people see myself as a role model/mentor, and we want to steward this privilege with much responsibility to truly inspire and serve a young generation of up and coming entrepreneurs.
This means that you will be spearheading my Youtube channel, and that content will be used for all other social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.).
Your role would be to help come up with the ideas + titles of video topics, help script out the YT videos, and edit the videos to become their final product.
If in the future you have a desire to grow into a leader, such as leading a team of editors, copywriters, as we as collaborate with our entire marketing team, there is no limit to your growth.
Keep in mind that if you just want to continue as an editor (not grow into executive/leader), that is also fine too – we’re hiring both kinds of talent.
Job Responsibilities include BUT ARE NOT limited to:
? You will be responsible for editing the videos OR delegating editing responsibilities to our video editing team (2 editors on staff currently).
? You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of the Youtube videos 7-14 days after posting, to analyze what content performed well, and what didn’t. Using this data, you will optimize and improve for the next week’s set of content production.
? You will communicate daily with the other editors on the team, and have peer-to-peer feedback.
? Above all else, you will be focused as content ENTREPRENEUR within our organization, to focus on using content to increase sales. You’re not just focused on creating “cinematic/cool” videos for the sake of aesthetic appeal.
? Managing preproduction, production, and postproduction.
? Oversight of other creative marketing projects, including but not limited to IG reels, Tiktok videos, IG stories, FB ads, etc.

-If you’re looking for a “side gig” and to take me on as a “client”, this is not for you. I’m not looking for partial, contractor work. We only work with people who are ALL IN, and will take on no other side hustles (and we will compensate you well for this)
-If you’re don’t want to go the distance (3+ years), to help build this YT channel from where it’s at right now (100K+) to 1M+, this is not for you.
-If you don’t have any experience working on YT channels, this is not for you.
-If you’re not comfortable with me talking about faith based Christian topics, this is also not for you.
-If you don’t have full time capacity (40+ hours/week), this is not for you.

Compensation:
-Given that this is a full time role, a monthly base salary of 90 day trial, and can range from $2-8K/mo depending on your skillset. Your salary will largely depend on the experience and skills you have (an editor who used to edit commercials for Lamborghini will get paid differently from a beginner editor who makes videos with iMovie lol).
FYI – Money shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re truly talented and feel you’re an amazing fit, go ahead and apply because your financial goals will be met within our organization, and I’m open to negotiation on financial compensation. Talent and performance is what I’m truly after.
