We are looking for a FULL TIME experienced tech support with quick turn around times for up to 8 hrs per day – 40 hours per week and up to 50,000 php per month based on portfolio and experience. Raise review after 90 days.
TOP IMPORTANT THINGS:
1. Your English needs to be EXCELLENT with little to no accent, if not, please do not apply.
2. Be RESOURCEFUL & A QUICK LEARNER. You will be learning new softwares regularly and need to figure them out quickly. Here are some of our tech stack: GHL, Smartlead, Tedi, Zapier, Trello.
3. You must be honest, have a great attitude. Attention to detail is a must.
Position Requirements:
1. You will work 5 days per week: M – F 8am to 5pm PST. 1 Hour break for lunch optional.
2. Required to use Hubstaff and track screenshots, mouse and keyboard. Slackers need not apply. Go getters ONLY!
3. MUST HAVE 2 YRS MIN GHL tech support
4. VA experience and Social Media experience is a plus
5. Provide 3 previous boss’ email and phone number for us to call for references
