This would include (but is not limited to) technical client onboarding (installing snapshots, handling DNS settings, submitting A2P 10DLC text messaging requirements and updating custom values).
You would also be in charge of the technical set up of our cold email outreach via Instantly (connecting email accounts, monitoring health etc)
The job would also entail taking care of our WordPress website (keeping plugins up to date, doing on page SEO, SEO research etc to help with rankings.
Basically all the tech of our business. Looking for someone who would like to stick with us long-term and grow with us.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Go High Level CRM and WordPress. Solid understanding of SEO.
• Basic understanding of website DNS settings.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed SOPs.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and meticulous in tracking work hours.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic working knowledge of ClickUp.
