The promotional products industry is a diverse field that includes products such as custom branded apparel, corporate gifts, and trade show giveaways. Some of the major players in the industry include 4imprint, Vistaprint, and Staples Promotional Products.
As a VA for , you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including general administration, personal assistance, data management, and putting together customer quotations. You will also be required to learn about our industry and assist with quotes, as well as provide basic graphic design support. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required, and skills in Adobe software are a plus.
We are looking for someone with a lot of energy and initiative. Being proactive in identifying and addressing needs, suggesting improvements, and being eager to learn are qualities we value greatly.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST), which is a graveyard shift for the Philippines. Being available during these hours is imperative. The position requires availability Monday – Friday and recognition of Philippine holidays. IF you have access to CANVA PRO that is a plus.
Communication is key in this role. You should expect to communicate over WhatsApp and/or iMessage, and we use Microsoft TEAMS for video conferencing, so video capability is a must. Good English speaking skill is a must, as you will need to make calls via Skype to our suppliers from time to time to obtain pricing information.
The salary for this position is $720 US dollars monthly, with weekly payments. Additionally, we offer a 13th-month pay, and sales bonuses are available from time to time, which can be quite lucrative as the company grows.
Any experience in the promotional products space is appreciated. We provide training for the software used in our company, so you’ll be well-equipped to perform at your best.
