We’re looking for a highly exceptional individual to join our growing team as a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team and helping to streamline our day-to-day operations. Experience in Digital Marketing and Video Editing is a plus, but not required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES iINCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Scheduling social media posts via , etc.
• Assisting with research and project coordination
• Proofreading
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed
• Ad hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience as a VA or any relevant role
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
• Familiarity with Project Management & Communication tools
(e.g Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, etc.), CRM softwares and technologies (e.g GoHighLevel, xxx, xxx)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Must be amenable to work on a US timezone shift
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Primary computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 20 Mbps / reliable internet connection
