We are a dynamic, fast-paced self-publishing company looking for a dedicated and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of publishing.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
The role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage a diverse set of duties:
Conducting in-depth keyword and customer research
Providing clear and detailed instructions to our graphic design team
Uploading and managing books on various platforms
Adjusting and managing book formatting
Developing bonus content using various tools and AI
Strictly adhering to and managing the self-publishing process
Managing ADS
Training and Resources:
You don’t need to worry about being thrown in the deep end. We’ll provide comprehensive training, resources, and tools to ensure you can execute your tasks proficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate must have:
Excellent command of English language
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Good problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and work ethic
Interview and Testing:
Candidates will be asked to participate in a video interview as part of the selection process, and you should also be prepared to complete a test task to demonstrate your abilities.
