Full Time Virtual Assistant Job Description

This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our team and our business as a whole. The role is also a support role for our founders, to help him/her stay organized and on task as he/she creates new content (both paid and free) to support his/her customers and potential customers.

This role is entirely remote. This is a virtual position and it isn’t always isn’t a 9-5 job. This position involves working some evenings and weekends, and at times, responding to team members outside of work hours.

This is a position that reports directly to our management, while also working closely with other key members of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and our team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Lead Sourcing
management and scheduling
up meetings between homeowners and aquisitions
social media accounts

If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!:

-You have experience with REI Software or other client relationship management software
-You have experience in the real estate industry
-You have experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar, chat, etc.), Dropbox, Microsoft 365, Zoom and Adobe.

If the last time you read a non-fiction book about business, marketing, or self-growth was 3 months (or more) ago, then this position is NOT for you. This position requires a genuine interest in what we are all about.

-Extremely flexible
-Coachable/no ego – happy doing high level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
-Ability to secure, manage and appropriate resources at all times
-Outstanding communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, key people from other organizations
-Strong ability to solve problems (creative problem solving)
-Not locked into working 9-5, but embraces an “until it gets done” attitude

Then resell that home at an affordable price with seller financing to another homebuyer who needs assistance buying a home because they are having difficulty getting approved for a loan from the bank. WE HELP PEOPLE! We help people who need to sell their house quickly and then we help people who want to buy a home but need help.
