We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Video Editor who excels in creating engaging, TikTok-style short-form UGC (User Generated Content) videos. If you are passionate about storytelling through video, have a knack for repurposing existing footage, and can find and incorporate new stock footage to create captivating content, you might be just who we need.

Key Requirements:

– Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
– Proficient in creating story-based short-form video content, with an understanding of elements that drive engagement (Hook, Story, Offer) using captivating on-screen text, music, voiceovers, and fast cuts.
– Experience in making UGC video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
– Ability to work with existing footage to produce fresh content and find new stock footage to enhance our narrative.
– Availability for full-time work, with at least 4 hours of overlap with [Your Time Zone] business hours.

Tasks Include:
– UGC Video Creation: Crafting short-form videos that resonate with our audience on TikTok and other social media platforms by repurposing our existing footage and integrating new stock footage.
– Story-Based Video Editing: Developing engaging, narrative-driven video content that aligns with our brand message and marketing goals.
– Content Engagement: Ensuring all video content includes key elements such as a strong hook, an engaging story, and a clear call-to-action.
– Feedback and Iteration: Collaborating with our team to refine video content, ensuring all edits are in line with our brand identity and audience preferences.
– Trend Monitoring: Staying abreast of the latest trends in video content within the e-commerce and beauty industry, and applying innovative ideas to our content strategy.
Compensation:
$3-$4 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our dynamic company.
