Full time video editor needed

We’re drowning in video, and need an editor to download it, prep it, edit it, encode it and upload it.

In short, we need to turn talks, speeches, coaching sessions, talking head videos and more into course material, educational modules, and social media content.

Each week, we do 2½ hours of Zoom videos that need to get turned into a recording/episode for a membership area. (We have a template.) We do another 3 hour training session that needs to get turned into three separate videos (we have templates) for a different membership area. We also have a 2 hour meeting that needs to get uploaded to another membership area (we have a template). This is all the most important stuff we need help with at the moment. If a 3-hour Zoom session happens today, we want the edited video to be uploaded by tomorrow, polished, correct, and technically perfect.

But we’re also looking to create several hours of additional content (talking head video) that could be turned into social media content (think Alex Hormozi or Jason Fladlien), and this would involve creativity, finding b-roll footage, creating text and graphics, and more. This is where you could exercise your creative muscles and learn to really shine.

We also see this as a role that would grow into much bigger things, including film and television content. So think of this as a “get your hours of practice in” role that leads to storytelling editing.

You’ll need a fast, reliable internet connection (the files are often 2-7GB) and be experienced in Adobe Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve. You should have at least 2 years of editing experience, have a reel to show us, and be a good communicator with a can-do attitude. This is a FULL-TIME (40-hours a week) position — do not apply if you are looking for part-time or gig work… and do not apply if you’re new to editing or if you’ve merely dabbled in it.
