Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Video Editor to join our team. As a specialist in your field, you will bring expertise and precision to every aspect of marketing. With unwavering focus and dedication, you will prioritize the creation of exceptional quality content, campaigns, and strategies, ensuring that our business reaches its fullest potential. As the backbone of our production team, your contributions will be vital in driving our success and achieving our marketing objectives – ensuring the agency’s content stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

Responsibilities
• Utilize your expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to craft visually engaging and impactful videos. This involves assembling raw footage, trimming and rearranging clips, adding transitions, visual effects, and enhancing audio quality.
• Ensure that all video content adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel. This includes using appropriate color grading, typography, and graphics that align with the client’s branding and visual identity.
• Conduct thorough reviews of videos to ensure technical excellence, proper pacing, and seamless transitions. Continuously seek feedback to improve the overall quality of the video content and optimize its impact on the target audience.
• Ability to use graphic design tools to create video thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the team to develop the strategy for video projects. You will be responsible for selecting the most compelling shots, sequencing scenes, and applying creative techniques to effectively convey the desired message.
• Collaborate effectively to integrate video content into broader marketing strategies and ensure alignment with the client’s goals and objectives.
• Be prepared to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed. Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are crucial in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, software advancements, and industry trends. Continuously seek opportunities to incorporate new technologies and creative approaches into video production processes, enhancing the agency’s offerings and staying ahead of the competition.
• Excellent communicating and writing skills in English to ensure captions and other written content is free of spelling and grammar mistakes.
