I am Afonso, the founder of Miofar]. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with our company and become an integral part of our success.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Management: Handle day-to-day operations on our Shopify store, including product listings, order processing, and customer service.

Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence.

Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather relevant information to support business decision-making.

Organization Skills: Maintain an organized system for files, documents, and other important information.

General Virtual Assistant Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in a full-time capacity.
Expertise in Shopify management, including product uploads, order processing, and customer support.
Strong social media management skills with experience in creating and scheduling content.
Excellent research skills and the ability to compile and present data effectively.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Fluent in English with a good accent and strong communication skills.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work on Portugal time and align their working hours with mine. It’s essential that you start your working day when I start mine for optimal collaboration.
