Job Description

We seek a full-time, dedicated, and versatile virtual assistant to handle various administrative tasks, including:
• Personal and commercial lines insurance tasks
• Outbound and inbound phone calls
• Direct interaction with policyholders and insurance agents

Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies.
• MUST have at least 1 year of virtual assistant experience working with a U.S.-based company/client.
• MUST have customer service experience.
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and reliable internet.
• MUST have own web camera and headset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Can work from Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm Central Time.

Qualifications and Skill sets:
• Demonstrates clarity and professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• Provides excellent telephone and email support and has a strong customer service orientation.
• Proactive learner and capable of being independent in problem-solving.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Maintains accurate records, prioritizes tasks effectively, and manages deadlines meticulously.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn, with a strong ability to follow instructions and quickly grasp new processes.
• Knowledge of insurance and prior experience with Ezlynx is a plus but not required.
