Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-time Virtual Assistant. This role primarily entails handling customer service inquiries and administrative tasks in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, multitasking, and have prior experience in remote customer service or operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to inbound customer emails and texts, maintaining a response time of 2 minutes or less.
– Efficiently book new clients into the schedule via email and text communication.
– Coordinate with our editing team to manage client photo and video edit requests.
– Assist in resolving client support tickets and addressing any issues that arise.
– Manage the rescheduling of photo shoots as needed.
– Conduct various client outreach and marketing activities to get new clients

Requirements:
– Demonstrated experience in remote customer service or operations (1-2 years preferred).
– Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
– Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
– Proficiency in managing emails, texts, and other communication channels.

Compensation:
The position offers a starting salary of $4/hr for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. There will be opportunities for bonuses and salary increases based on performance.
